Biography: ELECTRIC RESISTANCE project appeared in the summer 2011. The base for first tracks was variety of world, described in books of O.Huxley, D.Oruell, E.Zamyatin and other splendid authors of science fiction. In music Techno-Industrial, mixed with all possible elements of other genres, was chosen as the main stylistic direction.
The creator of ELECTRIC RESISTANCE is Alexander Dmitriev. From first gigs the performance has been supported by Pavel Grudnev as a keyboarder/sampler. 2012 became a year of sound searching, stage experiments and choosing ways of development. At the beginning of 2013, the project paid more attention to live performance, to its visual part. So, currently ELECTRIC RESISTANCE is not only unusual vision of dark electric stage, but also an eye-catching show.


Press release: 5 of June released debut single of Russian project ELECTRIC RESISTANCE - "S-Boeustoychivost" (original: S-Боеустойчивость), frontman and sole member of which is Alexander Dmitriev. Music ELECTRIC RESISTANCE is a left over from the pages of science fiction books such figures of the genre, as O.Haksli, D.Oruella, E.Zamyatin and others. It's a futuristic Techno Industrial. Resolute Russian vocals combined with the dense electronic sound and thematic lyrics transport you to a moment in the world of space scenes. "S-Boeustoychivost" - introduces the listener to the sound of the group through two tracks - 'S-Boeustoychivost' and 'H+', which is the forerunner to the future mini-album. In addition, the CD contains four remixes of the TYPE V BLOOD, DISTORTED WORLD, PYRROLINE and DETUNED DESTRUCTION, and new vision of a metal track 'S-Boeustoychivost' from the studio Ogrrec.
