‘Shakira‘ (stylized as ‘Shakira.’) is the upcoming eponymous tenth studio album by Colombian singer-songwriter Shakira. The album it’s scheduled to be released on digital retailers on March 25, 2014 via RCA and Sony Latin Iberica.

Remember she decided to scrap some of the tracks she worked on since late 2011 to start working on new songs and rework some other tracks that were already finished and mastered by the end of 2012, as she has stated to feel in a different mood since she became a mother, she wants to create more songs and set a new direction for this album both musically and lyrically, focusing on creating music that’s more representative of her new sate of mind and current life.

The new album comes preceded by ‘Can’t Remember to Forget You‘, her highly-anticipated come back single with the collaboration of Rihanna, released worldwide on January 13. The single also released the Spanish version of the song ‘Nunca me acuerdo de olvidarte‘. The second single ‘Empire‘ was released alongeside the pre-order of the album on iTunes on February 24.

The track “Truth or Dare” [commonly "I Dare You (On the Dancefloor)"> and finally named as ‘Dare (La La La)‘ is a powerful dance-track produced by Dutch record producer Afrojack whose music video directed by Anthony Mandler, produced by Heather Heller and edited by Jeff Selis. It was filmed in Lisbon (Portugal) on June 29, 2012 through Black Hand Cinema and Live Nation Entertainment. The song is featured on the TV Spot by Danone’s Activia in Portugal.

The song was written by Raelene Arreguin, John J Conte Jr. and Jay Singh. It was planned as the lead single from the album but finally canceled. The singer recorded the Spanish version of the track called just ‘La La La‘, and a special version to be promoted during 2014 FIFA World Cup.
