Savoy Brown was a British group that formed as part of the late '60s blues-rock movement. Never very popular in Britain, they achieved considerable success in the US, their lead guitarist Kim Simmonds running the show through a string of personnel changes. Their first album appeared in 1967 and the band continues today.
