From 1937 comes 15 somewhat boring episodes of The Mysterious Pilot in glorious Black and White. Canoes chases and plane crashes. 10 crashes in 15 episodes. I expect there were lots of models used. They could not afford to lose 10 real airplanes even if they were made of wood and canvas!
