You can play files on your computer with Foobar2000 with the plugin DTS.

Or you can burn a CD-DTS like a CD-Audio simply by changing .dts extension by .wav then adding them to the burn list of your burning software (nero). The CD-DTS can be played on a DVD player connected to a home cinema amplifier via a digital connection (Optical Toslink, Coaxial or HDMI).
