A Song of Ice and Fire books as plain text torrent

I downloaded mobi versions of the books from http://thepiratebay.se/torrent/6555117 , converted them to plain text with ebook-convert, reformatted the files with a Ruby script, and fixed some errors manually.

Both of the common PDF versions had scanning errors. The epub version of A Dance with Dragons included with the torrent above was missing chapters.
