Shin Godzilla (2016) [1080p x264 BluRay 5 1 AC3] Sephirotic torrent

Another release made for myself because I couldnt find any decent encode around.
As always, encoder groups lately are all amateurs. Either they make ridiculously small bitstarved releases, or bloated low complexity 4.1 x264 and unproperly tuned HEVC encodes.

As an old school professional video editor and encoder, I decided to make a sweet-spot size x high quality tuned high efficiency encode for myself.

This is actually (mostly) better than the 14gb encode from Grym.

Video is x264 8 bits High Profile 5.0 custom Film, very slow tune by me.

Audio is AC3 this time. (last time I used Multi-channel AAC, but crappy VLC cant decode it properly and many people complained. Please stop using VLC, its shit).

This particular audio track was upmixed from the unconventional 3.1 DTS channel from the blu ray to 5.1 using the VI VST plugin with Blockbuster preset and manually leveled at -6db on the surround channels.
The upmix quality should be considerably better than most real time decoders but if you want the real experience or manually decode it yourself, just disable the rear surround channels on your mixer. Alternatively just use the Stereo track.
