Storyline 1

Mysterious visitor from another world sparks cynicism and paranoia within the ranks
of America's cold-war military establishment.

Storyline 2

The latest UFO, a white globe levitating in a California canyon, is investigated
by the Air Force, aided by physicist Karl Sorensen. Just big enough for one "man",
the object seems impenetrable, but that night a half-invisible being visits the
nearby town, and soon after an unidentified stranger takes a room at the mountain
lodge where Dr. Sorensen is staying.
