I found this movie here and other sites, but they all had a missing scene near the end of the movie. A good, PG, family, Christmas movie. A good line from the movie: He looks like the guy from the show WKRP. Howard Hesseman played Johnny Fever in WKRP in Cincinnati, hit TV Series on from 1978–1982.

On Christmas Eve, Shannon McManus (Andrea Roth) is stuck driving around a wealthy and eccentric client (Howard Hesseman) who is giving away large sums of money with the secret hope of reuniting with his long lost daughter.
