This a CD image (in .BIN & .CUE) of Serious Sam: The Second Encounter. Created from an original CD-ROM from the Serious Sam Gold Edition collection (of which this is 2 of 2 CDs). Needs the latest update patch (v1.07) which can be d/led from here:
