FS2004-10 France VFR patches for the earlier Mega Pack torrent

I know these can be downloaded at the website but I thought I'd save some people the trouble and ease the France VFR web site traffic as I've already spent the time. It's important to use these patches is you install the many France VFR sceneries because some can cause CTDs. Read the "Read Me s" carefully.
