Extract .rar into somewhere go into gta.sa > GTA San Andreas > Setup.bat, once done refresh the folder and play! (Cheat codes and trainer included). Now start \\\\\\\'sa-mp-0.2.1-install.exe\\\\\\\' click next > browse > pick the location u installed the .exe and click install. Viola! there u go. Now go back to the folder and there the multiplayer mod should be there.
