1.Extract it to folder (ex.:C\Metal Slug )
2.Launch "NeoRageXP" and choose "Metal Slug" from a list on the left side.
Don't set autofire-on because your computer can restart himself (it's a little problem but
it's not crashing all the fun and the computer too :0 )
