Contrary to what you may have read, this was Andrew Dice Clay's first TV appearance -- just a few years into his comedy career and probably the first time he took on the "Dice" persona. He doesn't take the stage in this show though,
but appears in backstage comedy bits with Julie Brown and the L.A. Improv staff.
