easy just burn iso to dvd and install then go into (C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War) and replace the .exe file with the cracked one and play.

or if u don't want 2 burn file you can just open file with winrar by right clicking and selecting open with then winrar then drag all those files into a separate folder then click setup then it will automatically install from that file, you will still have to put the .exe file in separately after.
