Overview: This archive includes everything you need to get started
with the game. The game appears to be able to work under Vista, though
I have not been able to get the game to actually play it's intro or
ending movies under vista. RADTools.exe has been provided as it will
allow you to watch those bik movies outside of the game.

Instructions:

1) The CloneCD disc images can be mounted with Daemon Tools
or Alcohol 120/52.

2) After installing from the first and second disc, you need
to patch the game.

3) Unzip the contents of waw10b_unofficial.zip directly into your
game directory. This will patch the game to the 1.0b
version.

4) Unzip the contents of waw10b_crack.zip directly into your
game directory. The crack file has a different EXE name, so
you will not overwrite the non-cracked EXE. Can you execute
the cracked version by running deep6_crk.exe.

5) Unzip the contents of waw10b_avifix.zip into the townavi
subdirectory of the game directory. This will "fix" some of
the avi files used to interact with the different buildings in
a town. It does this by uncompressing the original versions.
This will add about 200 megs to the installed size of the game.

6) Unzip the contents of waw10b_graphicsmod.zip into the game
directory. You can run this utility to modify the resolutions
that the game is allowed to run at. The quality of your results
may vary.

7) Run the game and have fun!

Other Files:

RADTools.exe

Used to view bik movies in Vista that can't be played in game
without crashing the game. If you find a fix for this issue in
Vista, please report it in the comments for this torrent.

misc_binkw32.zip

An updated version of the library used to play bik movies. It
does nothing for me under Vista, but it may help you.

waw_faq_v01.zip
