This release replaces the previous one ("Portable Fallout 2 + Restoration Project v1.2 + High Res [USBGaming.org]"). The Restoration Project mod was crashing everyone's game, so I had to remove it. The High Resolution patch is reported to give people problems with unsupported monitor resolutions, so I've included it as a separate download in the torrent to avoid any other possible crashes.
