[RELEASE] Mani Admin Plugin, Eventscript, NoBlock and Sticky Nad torrent

This a release by the B4F CSS clan.

You just simply extract this to your Cstrie foler (C:\program\steam\steamapps\ACCOUNT_NAME\source dedicated server\cstrike)
and then you run it :)

If you're not an admin run clients gen.exe
1: press start, then run and in that square "cmd"
2:then type ipconfig and find your IP adress.
3:Then start clients gen.exe and then chose to make 1 admin
4:Name whateveryouwant
5:Chose "By IP"
6: there you type your IP
7:Chose Serveradmin
8: no imunity
9:then place the file named clients.txt in C:\Program\steam\steamapps\ACCOUNT_NAME\source dedicated server\cstrike\cfg\mani_admin_plugin

10: Start Source Dedicated server and type admin in your console :)
And now, You should be admin and have NoBlock,StickyNades and Eventscript and mani admin plugin :)
