A new noBD Custom Firmware (CFW) has been released for system firmware v4.60 by Italian developer Alexander with his FERROX 4.60 noBD Edition. This CFW is a Standard 4.60 CEX firmware based of his previous FERROX 4.60 released with this edition having the noBD patch for PS3 Consoles that have a broken Blu-ray drive and/or logic board that prevents games and apps from launching. With this this patched firmware those consoles can now launch those items. However if this Firmware is used on a console that has a working BluRay Drive then while this firmware is installed your drive will not work

Now you can rest assured the original game works perfectly.
