The well known and respected CFW Dev Habib (aka smhabib) has released a standard CEX 4.60 CFW. Habib has given us some great CFW's in the past, including both HABIB COBRA 4.55 and ZERO 4.55. It's been awhile since we've heard much from smhabib because unfortunately he lost his laptop hdd. Lucky for us, smhabib has gained access to a different PC to use while he saves up money. The new 4.60 CFW has all the standard features of a standard (non-cobra) CFW.
