I couldn't find an active torrent, but I found out that the entire series could be downloaded off the Discovery website in full HD using plain old youtube-dl. Thanks lads!

These come with those weird closed caption subtitles (optional though, not baked in!), so capitalised white letters with the black background. Not ideal, but it'll do the job
