FF:CC MLaaK with the extra buildings/dungeons unlocked.

Now includes costume DLC. Go to the castle closet to change.

Some of the DLC relies on actual content being downloaded
which isn\'t already included in the game, as such that content
isn\'t loaded. This unlocks the content already there that does
not need extra files to use.

Also the dlc requires you to complete certain dungeons to
unlock the extra buildings etc. Check the dlc info ingame
in the download area, or some faq for info on which to do.

Note: Works on PAL if you use freethewads on it.
