Star Trek: Elite Force II is a first-person shooter computer game developed by
Ritual Entertainment and published by Activision. It was released on June 20,
2003 for Microsoft Windows. Elite Force II is a sequel to 2000's
Star Trek: Voyager: Elite Force. Unlike the first game, Elite Force II is largely
set onboard the USS Enterprise-E stationed in the Alpha Quadrant. The game's
storyline is a semi-sequel to the movie Star Trek Nemesis, and the end of
Star Trek: Voyager series. Many of the members from the original Hazard Team
reappear. However only a few of the primary cast of Star Trek: The Next Generation
did voice acting for the game, among them Patrick Stewart as Jean-Luc Picard,
Dwight Schultz as Reginald Barclay, and Tim Russ as Tuvok. Several actors from
Star Trek series provided additional voice acting: Jeffrey Combs (Weyoun from
Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Commander Shran from Star Trek: Enterprise) as
one of the main villains; Robert O'Reilly (Gowron from Deep Space Nine) as
Krindo; J.G. Hertzler (Martok from Deep Space Nine, plus roles in Voyager and
Enterprise) as Lurok; and Vaughn Armstrong (Admiral Forrest in Enterprise) who
contributed several character voices.

In the game, the player reprises the role of Alexander Munro, a Starfleet
lieutenant (there is no option to play as a female). During the first few levels
Lieutenant Munro returns to the Alpha Quadrant with the rest of the Voyager's crew
and is assigned to a teaching position at Starfleet Academy. Eventually he is
transferred to the position of a newly formed Hazard Team's leader on Enterprise-E
under the command of Captain Picard. There are also limited opportunities for
exploring the ship between missions, reminiscent of the "Virtual Voyager"
feature found in the first game's expansion pack.

The HZM Co-op Mod used in this release is the fourth generation (4.1) and is
famous for its inclusion of advances scripting techniques (creating arguably
the most stable co-op experience of all current game modifications). It also
includes the M3E patch to reduce memory usage during minimizations.

Currently this release allows for allows up to four player to go through the
entire main PC campaign on various difficulty settings through an internet or
LAN configuration, without needing to purchase Elite Force 2. Like all
Federation release this one has been upgraded to be both portable and thinner,
while utilizing less active memory. Several scripts have additionally been added
to prevent crashes related to Vista incompatibility. It is also noteworthy that
this release has had all corporate logo files removed.

Install Notes

Steps:

(1.) Extract the "Elite Force Two - Co-op.rar" file to a directory of your choice
and then Navigate to the extracted directory (by default "Half-Life Two -
Co-op" directory.
(2.) If you wish to add blood to the gameplay and have a compatible
video card run the "ELITE FORCE 2 - BLOOD PATCH" binary/executable.

Note: This release is portable and therefore the binaries/executables within
make no changes to the game/system files which are already updated, modded,
and cracked.

(3.) Double-click on the binary/executable whose name corresponds with the
desired game.

This release is imminent. This project seeks to combine a Lite (less than 700m)
Vista build, bootscreen, frontend, registry tweaks, several related
applications, twenty-plus emulators and tens of thousands of various game
images and ROMS in an orderly package. This package would then allow a user
to easily create a SF personal computer (or any other light PC) that would
act as any console from the first to sixth generation. This has been a huge
undertaking but if it is successful this project will provide the PC scene with
the first real replacement for consoles. Please understand that projects like
this one can have unsuspected kinks. Please be patient.

Quake 4 Co-op which allows you to traverse most of the levels, with large amounts
of lag, glitches, and crashes. Once they have a clean version working, this

Known Problems

(1.) False Positive - The users anti-virus client may detect this programs as a
Virus or Trojan. This false positive is caused by the binary wrapped scripts
which are utilized as launchers for the games. As these files create hidden
functionality they appear as threatening to the overzealous virus scanner eSafe.
Detailed scans have/will indicate that this release neither accesses key system
files or the internet. There is no way for these files to harm your computer.

(2.) Till Death Do Us Part - In very rare instances two users may spawn in the
same location at the exact same time. This causes them to mesh, leaving both
unable to move, and/or with limited visibility. To correct this problem,
one of the users must log out and then immediately attempt to log back in.
