[OreoPic.com] cIOS38 rev13b (Installer) torrent

This is a new release by Waninkoko, mainly to fix the speed bug... The download includes everything you need (minus the wad manager to install the USBLoader channel. I would like to quote the topic of the cIOS irc channel on freenode:

"Error 002? Use a proper loader"

That is why I have added a loader that will install in a channel and not a forwarder... Also in the download I have also added the "IOS38-64-v3610.wad" for those of you without a wifi connection so enjoy! Now onto the information

NOTE:
I did not have the answer before, but after checking Waninkoko's blog he has said what the difference was between cIOS38_rev13 and cIOS38_rev13b as stated on his blog:

"Bugfix version of the rev13. Corrected the problem with some games, which gave 002 error at startup."

[ CIOS38 rev 13 ]:

- Read speed improved.
- EHCI module improved.
- SDHC module improved.
- DIP plugin improved.
- ES plugin updated.
- Implemented new system anti error 002.
