C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/Tages/100663362(make sure the hidden folders are visible)

OR
C:/programData/Tages

Patch.exe must be inside the same folder as the x:/The Chronicles of Riddick - Assault on Dark Athena/System/Win32_x86
After that just execute it.
