Sims 3 Perfect Produce exploit torrent

This community lot was originally the large farm house in Riverview. The original house had several of all of the non-special plants. I had been playing it for a while when I noticed that plants on non-active lots don't die even if harvested regularly. So I had my sim plant 1 perfect quality plant of every type (the Omnis aren’t perfect and the death flowers aren’t planted).I demolished the house and rezoned it community, and saved it as a gardening short cut for other sims. So place this lot in your town and let your sims enjoy the perfect produce and money bags. I also left 2 death flowers and 2 money tree seeds. Who needs a grocery store when you can visit the perfect garden where quality matters.
