it is region free but i've tested this on PAL System 4.2e softmoded with IOS249 rev 17

1. unrar
2. copy wad files on SD card (FAT32)
3. enter to HBC then in WAD manager (you must have it under apps folder in SD card)
3. install wads as channel for your wii. if you out of space on wii install chapter 1, play it, delete it, install chapter 2, play it ... and so on
