GTA 4 Drunk cam fix torrent

This fixes the "drunk cam" bug.

Tested on sevral computers that had the same "drunk bug" and works fine.

I did not make this fix, i just tok some files from here and there and woala! here you go, no fu*** cam bug.

Just copy in to your game directory =)

and remember to start the game from the launcher^^
