The torrent is in a .rar format, to extract, use winrar to get it, here are instructions-
(1)Download Winrar by clicking here( http://www.win-rar.com/download.html )
(2)Once Downloaded, Install it
(3)right-click on the 'Halo Custom Edition' file and click Extract here
(4)When Extraction is complete, Almost Everything is done, Just Install, ure going to have to extract the custom maps aswell.
