How to use:

-Update current dashboard version to the latest 16767 (XE Build and relevent files included, get the 16767 system update off Xbox.com or let the xbox update the avatars when you connect to Live).
-Transfer all the XBLSE Files onto the ROOT of your HDD (including the Launch.ini file, save you time setting it up in Dashlaunch)
-Go into Dashlaunch 3.12 and check all the plugins are detected (should be automatically if you transfered the Launch.ini) and disable Live Block Strong.
-Restart the Xbox and Viola!!! Xbox Live on a RGH.
