1)DOWNLOAD AND EXTRACT THE .RAR FILE
2) Launch Modern Warfare 2 MULTIPLAYER
(STAY IN THE MAIN SCREEN)
3) ALT - TAB back to windows
and go to the EAM folder and delete all playerstats files exept the one you need
(lvl 70_max_prestige)
than rename that file to playerstats.txt and now lauch the prgram as ADMIN on vista Windows 7
4) Press the Import Stats and ALT - TAB back to MW2 MP
5) enjoy ur lvl 70 with everyting unlocked xD
