The game\'s action is to govern an empire. It has a number of different resources that you must collect all the time, and also some resources that are only available for a few epochs. With the various resources can be city administrative buildings, houses, barracks for the development of soldiers, university and other buildings. The goal varies depending on the settings you have, the single-player campaign, the goal is to monitor data that is exposed to the player. Otherwise, you take over any other empire or form alliances with them.
