Handy little TORRENT tips note I found in a little web-site (I forget where?)

Really handy tips on Torrenting, and how we can all improve our speed and complete many many more Torrents than we do now.

Signed by a man, but nickname appears to be a woman (Honeypot) so I\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'d be a little wary of trying to contact the email name in the text-file included.

The information inside seems to be a very good idea, and I HAVE seen massive speed improvements on my own Torrents, using the techniques suggested, and more of them complete much more often to 100%.

It\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s just a tiny text file, and you can\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t get harmed by it.

It could help to speed up ALL torrents though.
