Rage fix torrent

copy the atiogllxx.dll file from catalyst 11.10beta2 drivers to rage folder and use normal drivers instead whole driver package itself ruin other opengl games

make folder in /user/appdata/local/id software/rage
this make cache around 1 gig

i also use config file which i add here too place it to
compute/local disk/program files/id software/Rage/base
