FWsim es un simulador gratuito de fuegos artificiales. Potente, aunque no muy intuitivo, FWsim recrea fielmente la belleza de las exhibiciones pirotécnicas. Y lo mejor de todo es que puede exportar en vídeos de alta resolución.

El editor de FWsim, al principio, impone respeto por su austeridad: sólo se ve el área de reproducción, una línea de tiempo y un panel lateral con parámetros. Hay opciones para modificar la cámara y las posiciones de surtidores y lanzadores, así como las relativas a los fuegos propiamente dichos.

¿Impaciente? Abre la pestaña Add Cue y elige uno de los efectos; acto seguido, haz clic en la línea de tiempo y el efecto se añadirá al instante. Finalmente, inicia la simulación con F1 y disfruta del espectáculo ofrecido por el motor de FWsim. Ten en cuenta que conseguir una escena impresionante requiere práctica.

De poco serviría crear una simulación de fuegos artificiales si no pudieras exportar el resultado. Por suerte, FWsim puede renderizar un vídeo en calidad HD a través del códec Xvid. No olvides añadir una banda sonora y sincronizarla con los fuegos (el atajo es Control+G).
