1. Mount or burn image file and install the game.
2. Use keygen in crack directory on cd or one provided in nfo.
3. copy content from crack directory on cd to install location.

Note: The keygens are clean, it's a false positive due to the protection reloaded wrapped it in, however if you don't trust my word or want to deal with allowing it in your AV, then simply use the ones in the nfo (open with notepad if you dont have an nfo viewer).
