The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, also known as simply Skyrim, is a computer game and the fifth installment in the RPG series The Elder Scrolls. The game was developed by Bethesda Softworks and published November 11, 2011 to the platforms Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Set in the fictional province "Skyrim" located in the northernmost part of the gaming world Tamriel. Skyrim populated largely by the human race "Nord", one of the ten races in the game.

The events of the game is set 200 years after the events in Oblivion, which mainly talks about Skyrims civil war and the dragon's return, which is led by Alduin, a drakgud which, via a prophecy, intended to destroy the world. The player's task is to defeat Alduin, and expel evil forces from Skyrims kingdom.
