Description:
Based upon Gustave Flaubert's novel Salammbo, this is an epic story of love and hate, revenge and rivalry. Taking place during the fall of Carthage to the Roman Empire, you play Spendius, slave and close companion of Matho, a Libyan mercenary, who is in love with Salammbo, General Hamilcar's daughter. As Spendius you must outwit rebel forces and rescue the City of Carthage as well as reunite Matho with his true love. Find inventory items, talk to numerous non-player characters and solve a variety of different puzzles in this point and click, mouse-driven adventure.
