This is world of Warcraft wrath of the litch king updated to patch 3.3.5a and synced with the private server True WoW a X1 Blizzlike free server

Easy install just unzip and double click wow.exe
(if you have trouble unzipping try winrar or 7zip to unzip)

If game play is slow turn down settings or its just your computer

This comes with some addons that also may slow down the game or just be annoying to you if the game is still slow after setting changes then delete these addons by deleting all folders in C:\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns

The addons include XPerl, Zygor, Titan, and Carbonate these do various things all of which are unimportant
