GTA Vali's City is the most insane total conversion for GTA Vice City ever made. It is entirely in Romanian language but let's be honest here, you're not playing this for the story so you should be able to figure out what's going on pretty easily. I didn't really try keeping a constant theme or emulating any real place (a la Mamaia Vice), all modifications have been made to make the game more fun.

The game has a new area inspired by the Mafia game, in which players can complete a series of missions. The missions are varied, one may ask you to kill as many gypsies as possible, in another you must destroy helicopters with an RPG. Subtitles are in Romanian language and of course full of swearing: P
