Install:
Run the installer as admin
Select previous installation of starbound
Install, then play.
Run all game executables as administrator

Troubleshoot:
If not starting try:
-Closing Steam.
-Installing DirectX
-Reinstalling game.


Multiplayer works over lan, and if ports are forwarded over internet.
