A List with IP addresses/ranges of the entire world/countries be used as a blocklist for peerblock type applications or any firewall of your choice.

.txt format for ease of use, this means it gives you the flexibility to actually change the format to what ever you want.

ps:I got sick and tired of searching for an up-to-date blocklist, i only came across unseeded torrent files and viruses that were .exes, so i decided to go out of my way to make this, please seed and i'll revise the list once it updates.
