- Added Exit to Desktop option in the pause menu.

Fixes in beta 3:
- Station highlights always disappear on line deletion.
- Passengers will now be correctly coloured black when disembarking from recently mothballed lines.
- Pending upgrades aren't carried over to new games.
- Added fake pulse for when audio cannot be initialised.
- Fixed issue when blur effect wasn't removed when a game was restarted.
