This second patch (2.5.12944.0 is Prepar3D v2.5) fixes four problems:

sun glare with HDR,
shadow issue with wave and bathymetry,
SimDirector gamepad,
dull night lights in VC

You can experience, at your own risk.
Install before 2.5.12943 and apply crack every time you install hotfix
