Make shure to hold it as a backup as well as instaled version, after instaling the game stop the download cliant, go to the instaled fill, deleate all and coppy all in this folder to the game instalation folder, then start the game again.

English patch can make your game crash when next patch comes out, so make shure befor patching to remove the english patch, there are lot guides online for how to do it, even if you fail and client starts downloading all 25gigs again you can use this as a backup ;).
