With this MASEv0.9 server you can to play on a LAN or over the Internet and testing multiplayer maps offline.
It works just like the Nexus Emulator but does not require an Internet connection.
This is only the Master Server, you also need a Game Server (R30, R32 or R34)
Works fine with the client updated to version R11.
