LINT 41 consists of two parts. Some transportation companies offer ticket machines in the door area. The two-piece railcars have two 315-kilowatt (422 hp) engines.

They are also to be used in Canada after Alstom announced in September 2011 that six new trains would be purchased to operate on the O-Train line in Ottawa beginning in early 2014.

Lint 41 with its 115 seats is as much a classic as its big brother, the Lint 54, with its 150 to 180 seats.
