In steam do:

Go to Downloads tab in settings and then go to Download Region and put to UK - London (this is general area for all our users)
Now Start the game with game .exe. Now game will start normally and with Steam function and all DLCs

Tested and works.

Unzip and activate dlcs with the dlc activator and finally play for single player.

For multiplayer simply do the steps above and keep in mind your friends if have legal ver or you but not all dlcs then just simply get this torrent and play and have fun but needs to be same all players using this crack game ok.
