[FSX/P3D] JetStream Designs - Palermo LICJ Update to v1.1 torrent

1) ILS/DME RW20 frequency changed to 110.55 MHz

2) Light poles effects deleted, changed by a more stable light source (P3D
only, as effects are working 100% in FSX).

3) Some users got crashes when docking their aircraft to the gates at the
terminal. This was corrected.

4) Tower view moved to get a better view on the apron
