What this means?

* 20-30% faster encoding from StaxRip gui
* No more x264.exe crashing if you use Avisynth and it uses >2gb of RAM (32bit processes, like the x264.exe we just replaced, have a 2gb hard cap on 64bit machines)
* Really no benefit for pure command line anymore!!!
